Cultural heritage is now but a single click away

The collections of the Finnish Heritage Agency and the National Museum of Finland comprise approximately 18 million pictures and hundreds of thousands of objects.
The Finnish Heritage Agency’s Finna search service can be used to search for, examine and in most cases also utilise the information and digitised material of the collections any way you like.
Only parts of our national collections have been digitised and opened in Finna, with the service currently including information on just over 250,000 objects or pictures.

The majority of the pictures from the Finnish Heritage Agency’s collections that are available on Finna can be freely downloaded and utilised. When doing so, please include the name of the photographer and the collection and attribute the Finnish Heritage Agency as the source. Please adhere to the licences and terms of use and utilise the materials in compliance with generally accepted practice.
